Land Registration

This form is used to legally register residential land plots allocated in AA. Bodufolhudhoo, to obtain an official land registry certificate, or to request changes/updates to an existing land registration. Under the Land Act of the Maldives, completing this registration is mandatory to secure and verify lawful land ownership.
